Return Eligibility Policy:

  • Returns Only - NO REFUNDS! We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7-days from the date you received your package to request a return and to receive a Return Authorization Approval from Kameron Holly Co. in order to return your item(s). To inquire about this approval email us at: ContactUsKHC@gmail.com.
  • All returns will be given an online credit only. NO REFUNDS, NO EXCEPTIONS! 
  • We do NOT offer exchanges due to frequent inventory changes. 
  • Customer is responsible for all shipping costs and packaging being returned to Kameron Holly Co. 
  • Store credit amount WILL NOT include shipping costs from the original order. Store Credit will be the amount you paid BEFORE shipping. 
  • Store Credit will be emailed to the email address associated with the order as well as return address. 
  • Store Credit EXPIRES on December 31st of the year you purchased the item(s).
  • All items are inspected for quality assurance before the item(s) are shipped to you. In order to be eligible for store credit for your return item(s) must be unworn, unused, free of makeup stains, perfume, and returned in same condition received with all original tags. We will inspect each item you return before we issue the store credit. You will also need to provide a receipt/packing slip to show proof of purchase. 
  • Please allow 2 Business Days for your Return Authorization Approval from us. 

    Items NOT Eligible for Return:

    • Any Items labeled "Final Sale" or "No Returns"
    • Sale Items (Sale Items are marked "Final Sale" cannot be returned or exchanged.)
    • Accessories (Jewelry, Belts, Hats, Etc.)
    • One of a Kinds: These are all Vintage preloved items and will not be eligible for return. 
    • Wickless Candle Wax Melts: Wax Melts MAY melt in the heat, this is out of our control, we take extra precaution to ensure your wax melts are properly protected. We package them in a sealable pouch with bubble wrap around the package but due to the fragility of these wax melts we cannot be responsible or melted or broken melts received due to the result of heat, other weather conditions, or handling once they are shipped to you. (When ordering try to take precaution and order when you will be home and package is not left outside for an extended period of time)

    Additional Information: 

    • Once you order is placed it CANNOT be canceled, the item(s) are pulled in a timely matter. You are welcome to send your item(s) back once received as long as it follows our policy. 
    • We are NOT responsible for delays in shipping from the carrier that your package was shipped. 
    • Undeliverable Addresses or Incorrect Address Information: we are NOT be responsible for incorrect information provided at time of purchase. If your package is returned for this reason a store credit will be given and you may reorder the items you had with the correct address. 
    • Lost/Damaged Packages: Once the carrier has your package we are no longer responsible for the package, a claim must be filed with the carrier who has your package so they can file a claim for loss or damage to property. For terms and conditions for that carrier visit their website.
